Position Profile

We are currently looking for a Communications Manager to join our team in Montreal.


The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the organization's mission, goals, and objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication plans and strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Design and create visual content.
  • Create and manage the firm’s internal and external communication materials, including social media content.
  • Plan and coordinate all firm events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels.
  • Collaborate and support senior management in business development projects, including proposals, profiles and presentations.
  • Train and coach other staff members on effective communication techniques and strategies.
  • Perform other related tasks.


What you need to succeed:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Proactive, highly motivated and self-initiating.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, resourceful, results-driven.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
  • A creative and strong writer in content. Ability to take basic content to the next level.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English and French.
  • Creative mind, bringing inspiring ideas to the table.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to respond to changing work activities on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Adobe’s Creative Suite, an asset.
  • Experience in working with Constant contacts (or similar tool), an asset.
