Position Profile

We are currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ottawa.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing of prepared financial statements, including formatting, updating, processing, tracking, etc.
  • Processing of prepared personal tax, corporate tax and trust returns for clients
  • Processing of prepared T-Slips for clients
  • Setup and maintain portals (ShareFile and CCH iFirm)
  • Invoicing
  • Processing general correspondence
  • Ensuring proactive and efficient communication with partners, managers and clients
  • General administrative support
  • Other related administrative duties as required


What you need to succeed:

  • 5 plus years administrative experience at a senior level in an office environment (experience at an accounting firm an asset)
  • Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly
  • Knowledge of Tax Prep, Case Ware, Case View (an asset)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
