We are currently looking for a Talent acquisition Lead to join our team in Montreal.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners to identify strategic needs and develop projections of the firm’s future hiring needs
  • Recruit for senior & key positions
  • Create and nurture a pool of potential and existing candidates
  • Oversee the day-to-day recruitment activities of one TA Specialist & one TA coordinator
  • Support the TA team in developing talent acquisition best practices and tools
  • Liaise with headhunters for complex positions
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools and practices
  • Educate and train hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviewing best practices, etc.
  • Determine KPIs; develop and present KPI reports
  • Optimize the use of our ATS


What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a TA Lead/Senior TA Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition
  • Talent acquisition experience in Finance
  • Previous experience working with an ATS
  • Expertise in headhunting, mapping and direct sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • High degree of autonomy, organizational skills & proactive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Office suite
